We are currently involved with the refurbishment and new kitchen installations in the offices at Exchange Quay in Manchester.

Our work involves running in cold water services to new kitchen positions, the new plumbing arrangements are protected by a flood prevention system this works by detecting moisture in the new kitchen cupboards and closing off a solenoid valve, the last thing we need is a leak on one of these jobs!

The next phase involves installing an electric water heater under the sink to provide the hot water, and a grey water discharge pump also under the sink which terminates in the nearest available drain, which can be quite far away, depending on where the new tea station is situated.
