We have recently converted the under stairs cloakroom into a downstairs w/c with the installation of a toilet and wash basin in Aughton, Lancashire.

The project involved relocating the gas meter further back under the stairs and fitting a new door to access the space, having built a studded wall and then plastered the walls, next we ran in new hot and cold pipework under the floor from the kitchen.

Outside we alter the existing cast iron soil pipe to serve the new toilet and basin.

After the joinery work was completed ,fitting new flooring and decorating we installed a back to wall pan and a vanity unit and basin, the cistern was fitted in the new meter cupboard.
